What is considered income when applying for Health Insurance?

The Marketplace uses an income number called Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) to determine eligibility for premium savings. Income is considered any taxable monies that you will be receiving that year. This includes, but is not limited to Federal Taxable wages, Self-Employment income, Social Security, Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Retirement or Pension, Capital Gains, Rental and royalty income.
